Preferably in Australia, although it doesn’t matter if work is submitted through e-mail.

I had a part-time job (on a W-2) and a couple of freelance writing projects in 2007 (with different companies). From some of them, I received a tax form, from some I didn’t. Which forms, in addition to the regular 1040, do I need to file the self-employment taxes? I know one of them is the Schedule SE tax form, but what about the Schedule C or 1099-Misc?
My total earnings from the freelance jobs were less than $3,000.

I have been interested in a while, and just want to do it for my own satisfaction (it will not be my sole or even a major source of income). I have only a few small publishing credits (poetry) and would like to get involved more in nonfiction/aricle writing.

Can anyone recommend some good sites or other sources that list jobs/submission guidelines that are reputable and good for beginners?
Again, I’m not in this for the money, to get a ton published or to be a famous big time writer…just looking to expand my writing hobby (and the training I’ve gotten through my writing minor) as it is something I enjoy and am fairly decent at. I will take your scenario into consideration, as our educaitonal system is in the same boat.

My dream has always been to write. I am currently an English major and write regularly. My husband and I decided that if I could make $30,000 or more in one year freelancing part time around my full time job, part time school and family, that I would leave my crappy job and freelance full time. Is this possible?

I’m a postgrad student who is strapped for cash, and am considering working as a freelance academic essay writer part-time. Anybody ever tried this job? Specifically for ‘UKessays’ or ‘essaywriter.co.uk’? Did you make much money?
