Are there any REAL free-lance writing jobs on the internet. I am a writer, and I love to write about news, sports, even features. Also I would like to know if there are any jobs as far as free-lance market writing or consulting from home?

Yes there are but they are not easy to come by. I get mine through networking as I have worked in the media for years. There seems to be a bit of an issue brewing though between bloggers & writers as far as getting work since many bloggers write only opinion pieces and do not have a background in the mechanics of reporting or professional writing. If you’ve never had anything published start by submitting articles and editorials to your local paper. Many of those stories end up online and then you can note them on your online resume.
